List tax rates in SnelStart

Your agent can list tax rates in SnelStart through Apideck's Accounting API, the same call it makes for every Accounting app. It only reads, so it runs straight away; what SnelStart returns is screened before the agent sees it. Apideck adds the customer's SnelStart credentials, so no token ever reaches the agent.
